Hello!  I'm Elizabeth, and I've been a therapist for over a decade. I work with adolescents and adults, utilizing a number of different approaches tailored to my each client's needs.  

I love bringing art and creativity into my work with clients!  This is a great way to uncover and process complicated feelings.  All the artwork on this website is my own.

We all approach life and its challenges in a different way based upon our unique personal experience.  That is why treatment doesn't look the same way for everyone.  My client-centered approach to treatment involves an eclectic blend of theoretical knowledge that I utilize to provide each client with a tailored therapeutic experience.  I welcome your questions about what treatment could look like for you or your child.
